Facilities
Barwick in Elmet Village Hall is suitable for large or small functions and it is available for hire throughout the year and boasts a large hall, double kitchen, bar area and garden.
Unfortunately the hall is not available to hire for 16th, 18th and 21st year old birthday parties.
Free car parking is available at the adjourning Parish Council owned car park.
This is free to use for all visitors to the village of Barwick In Elmet, parking cannot be guaranteed.
The Village Hall takes no responsibility for the car park and its users.
Hall
Barwick in Elmet Village Hall is a very well equipped hall that can accommodate groups of 120 people seated or 150 standing.
There are a number of large and small tables available and 120 chairs. Wooden screens are also available for partitioning the hall.
A Speaker and amplifier system available.
Garden
There is a garden area available to the side of the hall suitable for small outdoor events and barbeques.
The garden is fenced in and plenty of space on a sunny day for games and relaxing.
There is plenty of space for a bouncy castle if you choose, weather depending.
Kitchen & Bar area
The Kitchen area was fully refurbished in October 2023. It is very well equipped with a double stainless steel sink, double oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave, water heater, cups, glasses, plates, cutlery, tea pots, water jugs, and oven trays/pizza trays.
All cleaning equipment is provided to ensure the kitchen is left in a good condition.
The Bar area is in the corner of the hall, it has its own serving area, standard fridge, beer fridge, wine cooler, freezer for ice, glass washer, sink, assortment of glasses and ice buckets.
