Barwick Village Hall is available for hire throughout the year for your parties and events from 8am to 7pm. 

Our prices include hire of the Main hall, Kitchen and all facilities.

The bar - the hall is licensed for the consumption but not the sale of alcohol.  Hirers wishing to sell alcoholic drinks must obtain a license from the relevant authorities.

BOOKINGS ARE PROVISIONAL UNTIL PAYMENT IS PAID IN FULL AND IF NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS BOOKINGS WILL BE CANCELLED.

Please allow time to set up and clear away in calculating the hours required for your booking.

Hourly rate - £20.00 per hour

Wedding rate - £1,500 (Friday from 9am through to Sunday 5pm to allow time to set up before and clear away after)

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Refundable damage deposit Hourly Hire - £50.00

All Weekend Hire - £500.00

This is payable in cash upon collection of keys.

Large Events Cleaning

Some large all weekend hires may incur additional cleaning cost. These can be advised and will be party dependent
